Cable Bicep Incline Curl (Each Arm)

  • Set the bench at a 50-70 degree incline and lie down on your back
  • Grip the weights with your palms facing in front
  • Keep your shoulder blades pinched together, packed tightly and retracted
  • Create a comfortable arc with the upper back while digging it in the bench, moving pressure away from your lower back while keeping your core and hips tight
  • Don't look up or down, keep your head and neck in a neutral position by looking straight
  • Curl the weight in an upward arc towards the shoulders while keeping the body straight and upper arms stationary
  • Control the weight as you come back to the starting position
