Ingredients
- 1 scoop whey protein, chocolate or any
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 spoons milk
- 1/2 t-spoon baking powder
- 1/2 mashed banana, or 1 spoon oats for consistency
- 3 drop sugar-free, or stevia/sugar
- 1/4 t-spoon salt
- 1 t-spoon butter
Preparation
- 01To a mixer, add all the ingredients and blend, except butter
- 02To a pan, add butter with the pancake batter and spread it evenly
- 03Close the lid and cook it for 4 min, on low heat
- 04Flip it when bubbles start to form on the top
