Ingredients
  • 1 scoop whey protein, chocolate or any
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 spoons milk
  • 1/2 t-spoon baking powder
  • 1/2 mashed banana, or 1 spoon oats for consistency
  • 3 drop sugar-free, or stevia/sugar
  • 1/4 t-spoon salt
  • 1 t-spoon butter
Preparation
  • 01To a mixer, add all the ingredients and blend, except butter
  • 02To a pan, add butter with the pancake batter and spread it evenly
  • 03Close the lid and cook it for 4 min, on low heat
  • 04Flip it when bubbles start to form on the top
