Ingredients
- 5 pieces paneer, 100g
- 1 spoon besan
- 1 spoon curd
- 2 spoons chopped capsicum (square)
- 2 spoons chopped onion (square)
- 1/2 t-spoon chopped ginger
- 1/2 t-spoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 green chilli
- 1/2 t-spoon coriander powder
- 1/2 t-spoon cumin powder
- 1/4 t-spoon chilli powder
- 1/4 t-spoon salt
- 1/2 spoon mixed pickle
- 1/2 spoon lemon juice
- 1 t-spoon oil
Preparation
- 01In a bowl, marinate paneer with all the ingredients, set aside for an hour
- 02To a pan, add oil with the paneer pieces and saute for 10 min, on low heat
