Ingredients
  • 5 pieces paneer, 100g
  • 1 spoon besan
  • 1 spoon curd
  • 2 spoons chopped capsicum (square)
  • 2 spoons chopped onion (square)
  • 1/2 t-spoon chopped ginger
  • 1/2 t-spoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 green chilli
  • 1/2 t-spoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 t-spoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 t-spoon chilli powder
  • 1/4 t-spoon salt
  • 1/2 spoon mixed pickle
  • 1/2 spoon lemon juice
  • 1 t-spoon oil
Preparation
  • 01In a bowl, marinate paneer with all the ingredients, set aside for an hour
  • 02To a pan, add oil with the paneer pieces and saute for 10 min, on low heat
