Ingredients
- 2 spoons chopped carrot
- 2 spoons chopped mushrooms
- 1 spoons shredded cabbage
- 2 spoons chopped french beans
- 2 spoons chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger piece
- 1 t-spoon chopped coriander leaves
- 1 t-spoon cornflour mixed in 1 spoon water
- 1/2 t-spoon salt
- 1/4 t-spoon black pepper
- 1 t-spoon green chili sauce
- 1/2 t-spoon red chili sauce
- 1 t-spoon soy sauce
- 1 t-spoon vinegar
- 1 t-spoon oil
- 1 glass water
Preparation
- 01To a pan, add oil with chopped onions, grated ginger and garlic for 2 min, on medium heat
- 02First, add chopped french beans with sliced mushrooms, stir fry for about 4 min before adding carrots and cabbage
- 03Add water, soy, red chilli and green chilli sauce, salt and stir well, add soy sauce and bring the soup to a simmer on medium heat
- 04Make a paste of cornflour and water and add it to the soup, stir on low heat and mix well until the soup thickens
- 05When the soup has thickened, add black pepper and vinegar
- 06Garnish with coriander leaves
