Ingredients
  • 2 spoons chopped carrot
  • 2 spoons chopped mushrooms
  • 1 spoons shredded cabbage
  • 2 spoons chopped french beans
  • 2 spoons chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger piece
  • 1 t-spoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 t-spoon cornflour mixed in 1 spoon water
  • 1/2 t-spoon salt
  • 1/4 t-spoon black pepper
  • 1 t-spoon green chili sauce
  • 1/2 t-spoon red chili sauce
  • 1 t-spoon soy sauce
  • 1 t-spoon vinegar
  • 1 t-spoon oil
  • 1 glass water
Preparation
  • 01To a pan, add oil with chopped onions, grated ginger and garlic for 2 min, on medium heat
  • 02First, add chopped french beans with sliced mushrooms, stir fry for about 4 min before adding carrots and cabbage
  • 03Add water, soy, red chilli and green chilli sauce, salt and stir well, add soy sauce and bring the soup to a simmer on medium heat
  • 04Make a paste of cornflour and water and add it to the soup, stir on low heat and mix well until the soup thickens
  • 05When the soup has thickened, add black pepper and vinegar
  • 06Garnish with coriander leaves
