Ingredients
- 3 spoons oats
- 1 scoop whey protein, chocolate or any
- 5 chopped almonds, or any dry fruit
- 1 spoon honey
- 2 spoons coco powder
- 1/2 spoon peanut butter
- 3 spoons water
Preparation
- 01To a pan, add oats and dry-roast for 2 min, on medium heat
- 02Turn off the heat, set it aside to cool, before adding it to a mixer and blending it to form a fine powder
- 03To a bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix well
- 04Flatten the mixture with a spoon to form a bar-like structure and put it to freeze for 1 hour
