Ingredients
  • 3 spoons oats
  • 1 scoop whey protein, chocolate or any
  • 5 chopped almonds, or any dry fruit
  • 1 spoon honey
  • 2 spoons coco powder
  • 1/2 spoon peanut butter
  • 3 spoons water
Preparation
  • 01To a pan, add oats and dry-roast for 2 min, on medium heat
  • 02Turn off the heat, set it aside to cool, before adding it to a mixer and blending it to form a fine powder
  • 03To a bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix well
  • 04Flatten the mixture with a spoon to form a bar-like structure and put it to freeze for 1 hour
